" Happened to stop by on way to Audi dealership around 11:30 on a Sunday morning (it was on the way). We thought we'd just look at cars on lot, but the dealership was helping local high school fundraiser with a car wash on its site. Beng, one of the salesmen was there helping out so we ended up chatting and he showed us different vehicles. We were extremely impressed by Volvo's latest line of XC90 wagons and did the usual test drive, etc. (great vehicle by the way). Beng was very helpful but not pushy. We hemmed and hawed for the rest of the week (basically debating new vs. used) and we ended up coming back the following weekend and buying a new XC90. During the entire period, Beng was extremely patient with us, extremely knowledgeable not only of the Volvo line but its direct competitors, and couldn't have been nicer. We are extremely please that we 'happened to stop by' on that Sunday morning. "

" For a dealer so far so good. I've been happy with the service so far. They are pricey as most dealer service is but good at talking to someone that knows something about cars. The sales floor hasn't grown up past the 'let me introduce you to my manager' which was a bummer because we liked the sales guy who read is correctly to back off and let us ask questions and not push us which the manager missed. "

" The Volvo Village dealerships have excellent service and no pushy sales people. I take my car here even though there are close dealerships because of the family like and family friendly service I get here. I plan to buy another car through Volvo Village Danvers. "

" My husband and I are new to the area and did not have a service dealer for our Volvo. We were at Liberty Tree Mall when our engine coolant message came up. We drove over to the dealer and they looked at it immediately and topped off our engine coolant. The person who helped us was beyond professional and helpful. I am so glad we ended up there and will continue servicing our Volvo at this dealership.
Also the dealership itself had a nice waiting area for added comfort. "
