" We love the Worcester Public Library specially the children’s room and the librarians there. It feels more comfortable and secured with the security guards they now have. I dislike one of the supervisor there... she’s rude and I didn’t feel she was concerned with the issue I had. :/ "

" It feels unsafe. It needs better supervision. It feels as if you are in the street, listening to people fighting. Moreover, it's very dirty, especially the carpets are awful.
