" While on vacation my 3 yo started complaining of ear pain. It was later in the day and we didn't find a place to get to until closing time. We walked into the office just as they were getting ready to close and the graciously took us in even after the rooms were cleaned, lights were off and they were getting ready to walk out.... the office staff and Dr. Custer were wonderful with my son, never making us feel rushed and offering extended care if we should need anything else over the weekend while traveling. As a medical professional in our home area, I know what a rare treasure it is to find that kind of care! Thank you Dr. Custer, you certainly made a rough patch in our vacation much easier!, and our family is so grateful! "
