The guy who I talked to to quote me for this job never called back and when I called and left a message to ask for them to send the quote he called me back saying he didn’t know who I was. Said he needed a refresher course on my job. When I had called his direct number I couldn’t leave a message since his mailbox was full. Absolutely unprofessional.
Luckily my tank broke while I waiting for a call back for my estimate. That forced my hand to do it myself and saved me at least a grand for what wasn’t really a hard job. I just didn’t have time to do it myself due to my work schedule. "
