The First Congregational Church of Vermontville is a non denominational church that is affiliated with other like minded locally autonomous churches through the fellowship of the National Association of Congregation Churches. We gather for worship, fellowship, discipleship, and service under the conviction of the Holy Spirit who is the active agent of the Holy Trinity. We hold the Holy Bible as the source of faith and practice. In its entirety it is our final authority for understanding our relationship with God. And through the son of God, Jesus Christ, we have access to God the Father. For by freely accepting Jesus' atonement for our sin on the cross; we have been saved from a life of separation from God for all eternity for there is no other means by which we can be saved than through belief in Jesus Christ as God's only son.
