Gary M. Berry started in the auction business in 1962 and ran auction houses for several years, including the well-known estate auction, Smart’s Auction in Rochester, Michigan.

Highly recognized as one of the leading auctioneers in Michigan, numerous newspaper, radio and television stories have been produced highlighting the excitement of the auction business.

We belong to the National Realtors Association, National Auctioneers Association, State of Michigan Auctioneers Association, and CAGA Appraisal Guild.

In recent years, we have allied with Chuck Cryderman & Associates, LLC, Auctioneers out of Armada, MI to offer an auction service which combines extensive auction experience for our clients. We have conducted thousands of auctions of both personal property and real estate.
