" I had a groupon, went there today, 10/4/17, they have a sign on the door "closed permanently", locked tight, lights off. Pretty clever, offering a groupon right before you close for good... rip a few people off to help cover your losses as you slink off to who knows where. Their groupon is still being offered tonight on Groupon's website... DON"T BUY IT! I notified their customer service department to take the groupon down. I had to click at least one star to post this, they actually earn zero stars! "

" I really want to like this place because it is close to my house but had a deep dish pizza from there the other night and it was really doughy. Not good at all. Perhaps some of their other offerings are better but not that one. "

" Turned away when we got there at 835pm because they stop doing dine in at 830pm. This is the second time we have been turned away from this place, lay time we where told the kitchen was closed for orders at 845pm. We even knew what we where gonna order, we just wanted to get a family dinner after my son's little league game. I'm not sure we will be back. "

" Rafi (Giardinos) food keeps getting better eveytime we go , and excellent service! Glad to have him on Jackson road .
So if you want to have a great meal and a very nice ice cold beer this is the place to go to. "

" Waitress was perfect,I asked for no green peppers on my sub,comes with green peppers,not a biggy,...I send it back, 10 minutes later it comes back,cool,I'm eatting,theres a green pepper...I open my sub,they didn't remake it,someone just pulled the green peppers off,most of them anyways,I opened the other half,still full of green peppers!! It wasn't remade, someone just took the green peppers off,the thought of which made me nauseous!! I told the waitress very nicely, I didn't blame her but they didn't make me a new sub just pulled some off...she said they wouldn't charge me for the sub which I wasn't going to eat anyways and apologized, it's OK I understand it's not your fault.... I'll take it off your bill,cool I said...she came back embarrassed and said they would give me $3 dollars off the sub...are you kidding me..?! That was my first and last time eatting here!!! I left her the usual 20% tip but I won't go back,theres to many other places in Ann arbor to get a great sub! Penny wise and pound foolish.... "

" Work just down the street from the Giardinos on Zeeb. Used to order alot for delivery, but they put on a $20 minimum for delivery. Started to order carry out somewhat less frequently because it is hard for me to break away to pick it up. Just ordered carry out today and they charged me $.89 cents for one additional ranch dressing for the chicken ranch wrap sandwich. I understand business very well and you have to be profitable to stay open. However, you want repeat business, they have lost mine. "
