" Used them for processing our hogs. Should have asked around because other homesteaders knew better. Meat cuts seem fine, but the ground meat and sausage packages had raw meat bits all over them! They refused to provide us with our hogs' feet, ears, back fat, and more. Other processors will do this with no problem. Also, the staff seemed completely ignorant of the ingredients that they put into the sausages and smoked meats they make. Didn't even offer to check on what those ingredients might be. Got different answers from different employees. We worked 7 months on these hogs and we are disappointed by their lack of service in these areas. Will be headed to Dunbar's next time around! "

" I used to really like Jerome Country Market until I had a valid complaint about several bone chips in my Slim Jim's I had made there. When I notified them of the issue and the tracking number on the product, not wanting anything in return but just an FYI so they could correct the problem. They finally replied days later with a response " well no one else has complained!" I notified them because I know as a Butcher you would want to sell a quality product. Jerome Country Markets quality has went down since they went Big. To bad I really liked their products. "

" after having a horrible experience by a local butcher I did some research and came across this place. When I dropped off my steer, I took a look around and this place was very clean. I felt very confident they were going to do a good job. I just picked up my beef, And everything was well packaged and labeled. The staff were very patient and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here for years to come. "

" Got two older goats processed ground in September, got the job done, very clean, professional place, no problem with bone fragments. They were not overly friendly like I expected, but not bad. kind of like they were busy. "

" Great selection of jerky (I saw elk, buffalo, venison and beef) with a variety of flavprs. Tons of other food items to chose from as well. This is a neat little country market. The jerky tastes fantastic. "
