" I found a 2010 Ford F150 on the internet at this dealership. I was told by the salesperson that it was put through a 172 Vehicle inspection for pre-owned vehicles and was in absolutely excellent condition. I came to pick up the vehicle only to find the coolant looking like pancake syrup. After demanding a coolant flush, I was assured that the vehicle was fine and was fully inspected. I had the vehicle 3 weeks during which time I heard a bottom end knock, and kept feeling a rear end shutter. So I had the truck towed back to the dealership. I asked if I could see a copy of the 172 point inspection sheet that was done on my vehicle. They were only able to produce a blank copy. Nowhere can they prove that the inspection was done. They simply changed the oil and put the truck on the lot and told me that the truck was found to be in excellent mechanical condition. I, as well as the Two independent certified mechanics who confirmed the knock, also said the coolant and engine knock should have been discovered had the proper inspection been completed. Now...the dealership said they need to replace the engine with a remanufactured engine. This is NOT what I had in mind when I was considering buying a certified pre-owned vehicle. I could have gone to the Fenton dealership and picked out a different truck. I felt like the salesperson had no idea what he was talking about and just pressed to get me to sign. Once the papers were signed....too bad...so sad....You are in the system now. you have to follow the warranty process. Still without my vehicle. #feeling screwed #taken advantage of and lied to. It will never be the same.

" These people are outstanding I really didn't expect to be treated so we'll ! but I was treated like a friend wouldn't hesitate to go to these fine people again!
And for all the negative reviews you people have what's called buyers remorse! As far as I've seen the business ethics of these people is the finest I've seen in a very long time ! Especially a car dealership! Everyone I know who needs a car is getting a map to Lasco!👍and I even named my truck Betty! "

I spoke to Tim on the phone and he was really helpful at first. I filled out the credit application online and he said he would contact me shortly. Never heard from him. I called and left several messages. I even called the regular number and the customer service lady said she would have someone call me back. Never heard from anyone. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I took my business to different dealership and purchased a new car. "

" We dealt with Brandon over the phone and then Anthony Teets. He was very professional and not a pushy salesperson at all. We had our 5 year old daughter with us and she was getting hungry, we had no cash just cards on us, Anthony provided her with a little snack to hold her over until we were done. Drove from Saint Charles which is an hour away and we will definitely refer friends and family to this dealership and to Anthony! "

" Anthony Teets was more than helpful. Went to three dealerships prior and had no luck in getting anything remotely close to what I wanted. He got it right from the start. Payments were less than what I had in mind. Also helped me to get insurance at a great rate. I highly recommend checking out Lasco, especially if it's your first time financing a vehicle. "

" I've been to several car lots in the area and the salesman I worked with here (Zach Shepp) was by far the most helpful; not too pushy either! He went above and beyond to provide me with the best service possible by listening to my situation, helped me explore my options and actually cared about the next vehicle my family and I were going to be driving.
He tried to do whatever in his power he could to make sure I rolled off the lot with what would be best for me rather than what would be best for the dealer's pocket.
I did not walk off with a car but it was for personal reasons - when I am in the market I will definitely come back and ask for the same salesman! Highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car to make an appointment with this Zach guy I had during my experience with Lasco! "
