" This review is for the cooking class only. The store was beautiful and very well curated and I would highly recommend visiting the store. We took a cooking class here and we were very disappointed especially for the price that we paid. The chef seemed to not have any depth of knowledge about the dishes we were making or cooking in general. For example we were touching raw chicken and then he had us grab salt and pepper out of the pinch pot with raw chicken juice on our hands. Raw chicken was on the counters and he didn’t clean the counter before he had us chopping up vegetables for a different dish in the same spot there was raw chicken! I had to suggest that we wash the knives that we used to cut the chicken before we cut vegetables. It seems like a health code violation??? The first dish we cooked (chicken cordon bleu) only took about 10 minutes to prepare and then the other dish (a lazy ratatouille) took about 15 mins. Then we just sat around and waited while everything cooked. It wasn’t engaging at all and there was very little for us to do. Not to mention the ingredients couldn’t have costed more than 30$ for an over 100$ dollar class with very little instruction or knowledge given. I would not recommend coming to this cooking class to anyone. "
