" Worst in taking care of their customers. We spent thousands to purchase carpet and have it installed in dec. After installation we were told to vacuum carpet to blend the seams. If after five or six times if the seams did not disappear they would come out to trim and fix. Its August now. We've made several attempts to contact to have the seams fixed. One call was received on my cell phone and a message was left while I was at work to come out that day in the morning. I got the message hours after they wanted to come out. I can't just leave work on spur of the moment. I returned their call but no answer and left a message to call my home during the hours I was home. They never called. I called and left another message to call to set up a time to do the repairs. They didn't call. I contacted the owner several times to try to get it fixed. I was told someone would call. No more called. I went to the business store front and left a message for Mike the owner. No contact from Mike. I sent him a text. He said someone would call. No call. Very poor business.bad customer service. "
