" Just wanted to say that i have been very pleased with the staff at the Byron Center location. I got my first OPI Gel manicure and for some reason it started to chip just under a week of getting it done. So i called and talked to one of the girls and she said she would check into it for me and have the manager call me...about 2 hours later i got a call from the manager and she said to come in and they would fix it. I went back last night and had Kristin redo my nails and they were very happy to do it for me. Very profesional and the girls are very down to earth!!! Thanks again for the great customer service!!! "
