" Great people! My car was delivered from Houston, TX to Michigan. The driver went through great lengths to make sure my car was handled with care. Excellent communication throughout, he called the night before and when he was about 45 minutes out to give me a heads up. Couldn't have been more pleased with this whole experience. Paying a lot of money for a car then shipping it across the country is enough to make you sweat, but these guys and gals took care of my Camaro as they would any exotic car! 5 stars easily! "

" Had two cars transported at the same time by Reliable. Excellent experience overall. If you place a request through their website, I would suggest calling Mike with dispatch; he was able to work around my schedule to arrange pick up and drop off times. He was very courteous and returned by calls lightning quick, and was able to give me a great deal since I was transporting multiple vehicles.
Mike Roach was the driver who picked up my vehicles, and he went above and beyond to get my cars on and off the carrier. The fuel pump on one car decided to quit the day of pickup, and Mike spent a couple hours with me diagnosing the problem. We eventually had to push the non-running car onto the transport truck, which was no easy feat in 95+ degree heat and tight streets. When the car arrived at its destination, he also waited with the car until it could get towed to the shop. I can't tell you how much his help made a stressful situation that much better.
Even though my cars were average, Mike Roach treated them with the utmost attention. He was also transporting much, much more expensive and exotic cars at the same time - you can tell these guys are pros and are used to taking care of precious and rare vehicles as well as "everyday" vehicles. I was very happy with my experience and definitely plan to use Reliable for my future needs. Thank you Mike & Mike!! "

" Amazing. I needed a car shipped from Northern Indiana to Central Texas. I was worried it would not be until after snow fall which was 2 weeks after I booked it. It was 1.5 weeks after I booked their services and the vehicle was picked up. Within 24hrs of pick up the vehicle was delivered. Mr Lainez tractor # 30884 was phenomenal. Superior customer service and loves what he does. Kuddos to him and your company. "
