Our Bacon is a labor of love. The pork belly is cured for 10 days and then smoked for hours. Come join us for Oberon release day on Monday (3/25) and enjoy our bacon on two of our food specials. Monday we will have Honey Uberon Brussel Sprouts with house-made bacon and our Smoked Turkey BLT with Uberon Beer Cheese.
And of course, we will have 3 versions of Oberon! Mango Habanero Oberon, Überon (barrel aged Oberon), and Oberon! We'll be offering flights so you can try all 3!
Weather permitting, the patio will be open! The specials & beer are only available at Saddleback BBQ Okemos.
