" I had the worst experience getting my hair trimmed there today. Naoma was the name of the hairstylist. She did not listen to my request to have one inch trimmed and instead proceeded to lop off 2 inches. She was extremely disrespectful of me. Even when she disentangled my hair prior to the trim, she was yanking on it and breaking it. I will never ever allow that person to come near my hair and do NOT recommend her to anyone! "
