Also the trees scratched the motorhome, you'd think they would trim them after all they are a RV dealer. "

" Watch out for the staff, they are not friendly and do no go out of their way to help you or even do their own job. I highly recommend checking out the other storage places in/around Romeo. Much friendlier service and cheaper! "

" If you're looking for propane at this location make sure you call first! Apparently, Michigan requires a certification to fill tanks and there are times that the only person working is NOT certified. Returned home with empty tanks.
Update: I'm told the staff is now certified so we shouldn't have this problem any longer. Updated rating as a result. "

" I HAVE RENTED SEVERAL UHAUL UNITS FOR SEVERAL YEARS. RENTED TRUCKS FROM THIS FACILITY SEVERAL TIMES. KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOOD SERVICE AND BAD.
MANAGER CONSIDERS TRUCKS RETURNED LATE, EVEN THOUGH EXTENSION REQUESTED FROM HIGHER AUTHORITY, REGIONAL OR CORPORATE.
MANAGER BLOCKS ENTRANCE TO ENTIRE FACILITY AND ALL UNITS YOU HAVE RENTED IF PAST DUE ON JUST ONE, EVEN THOUGH OTHER UNITS ARE PAID CURRENT. THIS IS NOT RIGHT.
MANAGER MAY BLACK LIST YOU FOR RETURNING TRUCKS LATE, ADDS YOU TO RED ALERT LIST TO BLOCK YOU FROM RENTING AT ANY OTHER UHAUL FACILITIES.
MANAGER WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU OR GIVE YOU A BREAK, NO MATTER WHAT.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MANAGEMENT, FILE COMPLAINT WITH UHAUL CORPORATE OFFICE AND UHAUL REGIONAL OFFICE. WHEN UHAUL IGNORES YOUR COMPLAINT, FILE WITH MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL, OFFICE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION.

" The customer service is horrible here. The manager made me wait 20 minutes in the office for her to come assist me, just to tell me that she won't check me out until I go back to my unit and take pictures. I've learned this is not policy just laziness on her part. I use U-Haul all the time for truck rentals and have always had a good experience with them. Unfortunately not the same with storage and will never use U-Haul storage again. "

" Probably the worst customer service ever. Phone calls are always directed to a call center. Once in the call center system you are always forwarded around to many operators before getting any assistance at which point they take a message for Stephanie (manager). Clearly Uhaul has no interest in providing quality customer service. Rates have increased 4 times in two years without explanation. It's unfortunate that here isn't a competitor in the area offering covered storage. "
