My name is Bruce A Peterson and I am proud to say I am an artist. I have been painting since 2008 when I had a bout with cancer and it literally saved my sanity.

My purpose in making paintings is to create esthetically satisfying artwork that puts the viewer in touch with their own aesthetic intuition.

My process is simple… I start by making pictures using paint, pen and pixels to produce shapes enhanced with rich color, light and shadows that are aesthetically satisfying to me… and hope that they intersect in some way with a viewer’s own aesthetic sensibility. When that happens its truly a wonderful thing.
