Research has consistently shown that having a doula present during childbirth can lower your risk of medical intervention, including narcotic pain relief, epidurals, and c-section, among others. Childbirth is regularly compared to the physical effort of running a marathon. You may not be running 26.2, but it sure can feel like it! Would you run a marathon without a running buddy or sideline cheerleader? No? Then why give birth without a doula?

We're here for you no matter what. Blizzard? We've got a snowblower ready, no problem. Marathon 3 day labor? We have a backup ready for action. Worst back labor you'll probably ever experience? We have a myriad of comfort measures ready to combat whatever your baby throws at you.
