Great barbecue makes me happy - and when you learn the tricks to cooking great barbecue it will make you happy! At BBQ Savvy, we will share with you videos that show you exactly what you should do when grilling, smoking and cooking on an outdoor griddle. You will learn how simple it is to make the perfect meats, vegetables and all the side dishes. We will also share with you some unique and amazing recipes that can take your barbecue taste buds to a whole new level. In addition, I will do product reviews and share with you all my thoughts. But rest assured, if I'm not impressed I'm not going to tell you about it. The same goes for recipes, sauces and spices - if it doesn't knock my hat off and make me want to dance, it doesn't make my list. Oh yea, and don't think I'm going to introduce you to fancy recipes that require you to go to culinary school to figure out.
