One alternative to "hosting" a tasting party is to do a Freezer Bag Workshop.
You have your friends over to create make-ahead-meals that are delicious, healthy and will take the pressure off of mid-week meal planning.

The concept is simple:
-Gather
-Prep Meals
-Chat
-Take your meals home.

The whole process will take 2 hours. You have the freedom to choose your proteins or add-ins.

Prices range from $50 - $75 + the cost of your protein for 10+ meals.

Each meal feeds a family of 4-6 people.
(I am not opposed to 2 friends splitting a "bundle" for smaller meals.)
