Membership into the one and only Clark County Family Court Workshop that will assist you through the navigation of the system. Regardless of where you are in the legal process this course will go over the main 12 steps as to the process regarding litigation.

The $40.00 fee is an actual membership fee that is valid for 30 days starting the date you attend the workshop. Included in this membership is:

What you do now?

*15 min consultation with a family lawyer for those who are NOT represented by a lawyer,

*A reduced appearance fee by a family court lawyer for any court date that you may have coming up in Family Court for $350.00. This does not include any trial appearance's.

*Reduced fee's for preparation of any legal documents that you may need for Family Court that are prepared by a lawyer. They are for pro-se litigants and will not have the attorney's name located on them unless you retain the family lawyer,

*A parenting plan with a holiday schedule to submit to family court with your documents.
