" We went to that branch to inquire and see what it has to offer. We spoke to a guy named “Noah”. But he was all Sales Talk and no sense of Good Customer Service. He showed us the Deals. I asked for the VIP or Free 7 day pass and he said they do not offer that on their branch. They only offer 1 day free pass. (HELLO! It is posted on the website, 7 days FREE pass). I said Okay and we want that Pass. He said that we have to print that out from the internet. He's kinda saying that we have to come back and bring that pass. The thing is we were already there. Since their branch is new, he could have offered us to go ahead and get our 1 day pass even if we’re supposed to get 7. Or he could have offered to print us this Pass since he’s got a computer.
We know Good Customer Service. It is what we do. It is our business to make customers satisfied and happy with the services we offer. But it doesn’t take an individual to know Good Customer Service to understand or see what this guy “Noah” is talking about. The monthly deal was OK! But for us, we do not care as long as they take care of us and made us feel good inside. Unfortunately, this branch only cares about how they will make money, SADLY.
FYI for this guy, this same day, we signed up with a well-known GYM in North Las Vegas. It is about 4 miles farther and $10 more than this branch that put us down. We didn’t care because we were treated REALLY NICE. He just lost 4 prospective clients.
He may not care about this message but we are a Customer Service People and we have clients here in Nevada. You know…Words of Mouth…
