We arrived early in the morning for a appointment. The first time I went I set a appointment. But they didn't tell me what paperwork I MUST BRING to have my application processed properly.
BEWARE: before you leave the office make sure you know what information you need to bring the next time you come especially if it's a emergency situation and you need assistance now . Also watch out for the Latina brunette case worker - she sympathetic to a point depending on the situation. If your a single adult with no children - they don't really have sympathy for your situation even if your butt is going to end up in the street because of their lack of giving information about the paperwork needed. "
