" Labor rates was extremely high to install a engine at $4100 for my vehicle. Also they tried to sell me a engine with 117K miles for $7700 which is insane. I did my research and found a long block engine with 31K for $4500 including shipping to shop. Reason I had my vehicle taken to this shop was from Google and shop rating. I learned that it pays to shop around and doing your own research before closing deals with anyone. I was looking forward in working with this shop because of Lou. Lou was very professional and customer service was outstanding as a service advisor. "

" My Atlas driver side window malfunctioned, up button put window up but then the window automatically came back down about 3/4s down. And auto up/down didn't work . 3 Vegas VW dealers all full and days to wait for diagnosis!! And we had a road trip planned the next day so would have to drive with window down and locking car would be useless with window down! Called EMC, they said likely the motor regulator but come in. When I arrived Shelina was already making arrangements to get the regulator and called Thomas to come look at the window. He determined that the auto up down had lost its memory. He did the reset steps and in 2 minutes the window was fixed!!🙂🙂🎇. No charge. Wonderful experience. I will be back for my service needs. Thank You EMC. Brian "
