Ever since then, they have greatly improved with their speed and service. I write my fair share of reviews when I receive bad service from a company which is too many; however, I am more than willing to write a positive one when I have a positive experience with a company.
Recycling your computer is the rage now with Apple, I consider GetCashForLaptop an early pioneer when nobody else was in the game. Now it is starting to become a core part of the technology and EV industry.
1. As somebody that has sold many items to this company, I have never had any issues.
2. In many cases, customers have already bought their new computer and this is a low risk venture since the equipment has little value to them. After you get done playing with your tech toy its value has declined to you. They are the middle man to transfer this item to somebody that is looking for a bargain.
3. Safety, not having to meet a stranger with a large amount of cash and expensive equipment. This is what I used to do before these services became more common.
4. Speed - You get a quote instantly, you visit Fedex and get the laptop/tablet box, and receive the money! "

" I must admit, I was hesitant to ship a couple very good condition laptops to a company I have never worked with before but after reading the reviews and researching other options I decided to go for it. And I am so glad I did, such great personal customer service from the president of the company no less. The money I received for my used PCs was very reasonable, in fact, the best around. Shipping was very easy, starting from printing a prepaid label to shipping it, either UPS or FedEx, my choice! There was even a choice in payment methods. Payment was superfast as well. I tracked the time it took to receive payment based on when they received the laptops to about an hour! I highly recommend. "
