" Awesome place, I worked with Israel and Alondra. I wasn't rushed while looking. They didn't "push" any of the cars on to me. I was torn between 2 different cars for almost 4 days. They work with whatever situation your in. Def stop by, they have a good variety to choose from. "

" i buy a 2006 mustang the price they give is not the real price after you make a 4 o five payments you realize what kind of mistake you made a lot of hiding fee they use a finance companies with a 27% interes fee with out mentioned even if your credit score is a 600 they ask for a big down payment even they said you can give them part of the down payment every week the reality is that you can register your car or they will not give the documents to register until you pay the full down payment MAKE BETTER CHOICES GO ANOTHER PLACE YOU WILL LOOSE A LOT OF MANEY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
THEY SAID THEY WILL FIX ANYTHING YOU PAY PARTS AND THEY PAY LABOR THE TRUE THEY CHARGE YOU LABOR AND PARTS FOR JUST PARTS ISRAEL IS THE MANAGER FORGET ABOUT WARRANTIES THEY JUST BUY SALVAGE PARTS SO FORGET ABOUT WARRANTIES IS NOT WARRANTIES "

" My husband and I had recently had our second son and our family car was our Chevrolet cobalt coupe. Tiny and small for a family of four. So, we saved up. To buy a SUV to last till I graduate college next fall. We saw the Durango on the sunrise auto website. Went on a test drive and David came along with us who is supposedly the owner. When we got into the Durango my husband and I both noticed the tire light was on and David reassured us it's no problem and that he will have one of his workers fill it up once we got back. He continued to tell us during the test drive that his mechanics have serviced everything on the car and it's in "like new" condition for it being a used car. My husband and I both liked the car and negotiated with David and settled. When we were signing the paperwork, he kept reassuring us that nothing is wrong with the car and he upholds himself in selling "good" cars to people. We understood and were pleased to hear that. Once we officially paid for the car and drove off the lot, the oil change light comes on. A little bit irritating but, I'm not gonna let a $40 oil change piss me off too bad. After school a few days later I bring it to get the oil change. When I return to the Goodyear to pick up the Durango the manager told me I need to see this asap. I immediately was worried. He shows me that the rack and pin is leaking transmission fluid BAD. This was definitely something that couldn't have happened in the short week I had the car. As soon as I get home I call the dealership and talk to Heidi. She tells me that's it is no problem they will cover the part and I need to bring the car in on Thursday. Since, I have school and work every Thursday I call out of work and take an absence from school. No big deal, I need my car if I am going to be going to work and school anyways, so this is definitely my top priority. I get to the shop and go to Heidi ready to drop off the car and call an uber to get home. She NOW tells me that they will fix it but I have to pay for it. I explained to her that the damage is so bad there would be no way I could have caused that severe of damage in that short amount of time. She then speaks to her manager who then agrees to fix it. Heidi tells me that she will need to order the part and I will need to come back again to drop off the car. Extremely frustrating, since I have already called off work once and taken an absence from school when I only am aloud 3 a semester. Yet, I agree. Once, I arrive at sunrise auto to drop off the Durango for a second time. I again, greet Heidi, who is standoffish and rude. I prepare my keys to hand to them and am ready to leave. As soon as I am ready to hand off the keys, David the owner comes up to me and shakes my hand. He begins to tell me that since this car does not have a warranty on it he will not cover it since this is a "safety hazard" yet, not filling up my tires with air when I originally bought my car is a safety hazard. He says they will fix it but, I need to pay for it. Think about it why would I trust a deceitful dealership who sold me a FAULTY car to fix it? Doesn't make sense. If they weren't able to fix the car before someone bought it, what would make them think I would trust them now?
David was making his point clear that no matter what, we would have to pay him to fix the broken car he sold us. I told him no, and left. He decided to follow me out to my car and harass me in front of my mother in law and two kids. I kept telling him and his partner to leave me alone and both of them would not. I told both of them if they don't leave me alone I will call the police. That is when David became irate and starting screaming at me to call the police to HIS business and that I will be arrested not him. When all I wanted was for him to leave me alone. Now, my husband and I have to fork up $1,500 to fix it and we have only had the car for less than a month. Horrible dealership with the worst customer service. Don't shop here, I regret every moment of it. "

" Sunrise auto was recommended through a Friend. Amazing staff! All product is in impeccable condition, not one car/truck is less than perfect. Fair prices. I didn't feel like i was bieng pressured or conned, felt more like I was visiting friends. Word of mouth no publicity needed.
