" There is extremely poor customer service at the Neptune office. They cancelled my mother’s appointment without even a phone call to explain why. Had they been diligent and caring enough to speak with someone this issue could have been resolved. Instead of me finding out the day before or possible the day of by showing up without even knowing. So glad I called! "
