" Direct Depot Kitchen Cabinets in Little Falls NJ is awesome!!!
From the initial step of choosing cabinets, then planning my kitchen layout, through delivery of the cabinets to my home, it has been a great experience. They went went above & beyond in customer service.
When I ordered my cabinets I was told to expect a 30 week wait for delivery. Unheard of I know, but the cabinets came in way early (surprise). Usually a good thing, BUT I was leaving town for a couple of weeks and my contractor wasn’t able to start my work so early. We had both expected late May to early June for work to commence. Furthermore, these cabinets could not be delivered to me since there was no place to put them. When, in a panic, I spoke to my designer at Direct Depot, he arranged for the company to hold them for me—no charge!!!
Then, when it came to the time to deliver to my home these stored cabinets, Jeff was an absolute prince! He could not have done any more than he did to get my cabinets to my home. He went out of his way to get them to us in perfect time for my contractor to put in. And I tell you this whole delivery situation because it was a very stressful situation on both sides. Jeff came through with flying colors!!
He went waaay out of his way to get them to me in time…special truck & whatever delivery day my contractor asked for.
I would recommend Direct Depot without any reservations whatsoever for a completely wonderful design & delivery experience. "

" I am editing my review to reflect the service after the purchase of 2 cabinet doors in October 2020. Had to continually contact them on status of completion and never getting a clear timeline. Tried to be understanding in the midst of a pandemic, I was very patient, to patience actually, did not receive the 2 cabinet doors until January 2021, had to meet up with owner in a home depot parking lot to get them and the knobs were missing. Product was nice and well made but when trying to install the doors they did not fit, which was disappointing when I gave them the original door for precise measurements. Still very nice people this is a honest review of the service I received from this company.

" Whatever you do stay away from this place. I was unfortunate enough to order my kitchen cabinets because the designer we hired worked with them in the past. I paid for very simple no detailed kitchen cabinets on May 6th and I still don't have the kitchen cabinets. They were supposed to be delivered at the end of June or beginning of July. I get a few cabinets every couple of weeks after phones calls, begging cajoling and nothing seems to help. they still didn't deliver my upper cabinets, the wall oven cabinet and one cabinet from the island. this prevents the designer from finishing the kitchen so I can move in. We've been paying double mortgage because of them for the last four months. On top of all that, they are extremely unethical and rude. I filed a complaint with BBB and their response to BBB was full of lies. I also filed with New Jersey Consumer division. The point is not only are they not delivering what we paid for SIX months ago, but they are not even trying to work with us to make up for their own incompetency. STAY AWAY "
