" I love this Dunkin ! The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star, is that they carried almond milk which I can have and discontinued it. They also carried decaf tea and discontinued. I was told they want to change things around but If people can only have or like certain things why change! I have to say the service is terrific, very friendly. "

" I have gone here daily for years for my caffeine fix. The coffee and food is always accurate and the staff is friendly. Only very recently have I had anything to complain about. There is a new person at the window sometimes and she makes the whole experience very annoying. There has been a sign before at the drive thru that states to have payment ready when you get to the window, no problem. I always have my money/card in hand ready to pay and the cashier is always ready to take my money. However, with the new girl (blonde, tattoos) she ALWAYS hands me 2 items at once and will not put one down to take my money first. She will stand there holding everything until I put my money down. ALWAYS. Everybody else there is extremely friendly and knows how to handle drive thru transactions. She is not even friendly or personable to make up for annoying me every single time I try to pay her. "
