" Came in to Toyota as our lease was coming to an end just browsing for a bigger car originally had no plans to take anything home. Rafael Ortiz was the rep responsible for showing us around. He was very helpful and patient showing us the options available. Ultimately we fell in love with a 4Runner however financially our budget wasn’t fully there to get the car. However through some negotiations Rafael was able to assist us in getting the car out the lot same day! Couldn’t be any more grateful. Thank you so much Toyota but most importantly Rafael! "
