Hi everyone, I am a young entrepreneur who currently resides in Jersey City and attends Hudson Community College. I am currently in my 2nd year of pursuing an Associates in Hospitality, Management, & Entrepreneurship. In September of 2015 I started managing my first listing on "Airbnb." In that time I have become a "Superhost", I have acquired 3 more listings, in the process of closing the deal on 3 more listings in the Caribbean, as well as started up my business called "KRSP International." I afforded to take a business trip to Paris to attend the "Airbnb Open Paris 2015," It was a 3 day and night convention. It provided me with new applicable skills, resources, and knowledge to apply to my business.

Prior to this I was assisting my friend in managing his 25+ properties in Jersey City. I worked under his company "Corban Properties" for 2 years. On top of hospitality and management experience, I have 13 years of customer service and sales experience as well. I chose to branch off and start up my own small business. Choosing to start up my own business has been the best decision I have made in my life.

In December I launched the "KRSP Kleen" branch of my company. With the help of my colleagues from College, we now provide a specialized cleaning and preparation service for Airbnb hosts who are overwhelmed. I personally know how demanding the life of the average Airbnb host in this area can be, I am one myself. I realized the core principal of home sharing involves community. That is what sets "KRSP Kleen" apart from other cleaning services. Not only do we provide hotel-like quality cleanings, but we are extremely knowledgeable in the "Home Sharing" industry.

Our goal is not simply to help you maintain or enhance your cleanliness rating on "Airbnb" but to also provide you with the tools to help you get 5 stars across the board. One of the most important elements of attaining an overall 5 star rating is the "Check-in." This is another aspect where I feel we excel.

We also provide our cleaning services to houses, apartments, and condos outside of Airbnb. We can clean any home, of any size, any time. My main goal as the manager (and employee) is to provide as much work as possible for each of us, in an effort to help pay for our higher education.
