Lapinski Dental of Hillsborough is a Father/Daughter practice. Robert Lapinski DMD grew up in nearby Bound Brook NJ. He went to college at The Ohio State University and came back to New Jersey for his Dental Education. He Graduated from The New Jersey College of Dentistry (currently UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School) in 1971 and moved his family to Hillsborough shortly after where he opened up his dental practice. Lauren Lapinski DMD was born and raised in Hillsborough. She was involved in the Dukes organization and played softball and was a cheerleader for Hillsborough High School. She graduated in 1997 and went to college at Rutgers University and majored in Biology. At Rutgers she was President of the pre-med/pre-dental society, was a resident assistant and was involved in many other organizations. She went to UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School for her dental education as was the secretary of her class all four years, President and founder of the American Association of Women Dentistry and ran a program called “Helping Women Help Themselves” in which dental students performed free dental work for women from a battered women’s shelter. Currently both doctors live in Hillsborough.
