" Went to 2 other bike stores in the area. Both said what I wanted couldn't be done. Walked into Montclair Bikery Service Dept. 30 minutes later, the tires I wanted were installed, bike test driven. Real professionals, great guys and outstanding customer service you don't see any more.

" I brought three bikes in for repair. The staff was incredibly efficient, pleasant and professional. Within 2 hours, all the work was complete, the bikes were like new and the price was more than reasonable. While waiting, I had the opportunity to observe their interactions with several customers. The staff care about their work and provide excellent service. "
