" Sigh up for membership, but doctor did not sigh the paper and told me, that can't do any activity for my condition. They took money from my credit card before all paper was finished. They told me, that they going to do the refund. It is 2 month already, still not getting any money back... Calling them and every time they told me, it is going to take 2 more days.... "

" Nice gym but the swimming area is a mess and out of control. Way to many kid running around screaming with out parent supervision.
One swimming instructor (tall guy short hair) just screams and yells when giving the swimming lessons. The other instructor seem to teach without screaming and yelling. Very annoying when trying to relax in. The hot tub. Someone need to get this guy under control. I been a member for a few years. If this keeps up I'm out of here.
As for the overall club it nice but the associates don't manage the place well at all. They should add small signs to the cardo equipment requesting members need to wip down the quipment after using it.

" Horrible Customer Service! Once you become member, they really dont care about you. I had to renew my daughter's swimming lessons, I called few times/messages- no response. Swimming instructor/Manager dont have a courtesy to call back/follow up. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. "

" I am new to the area and needed to find a new fitness center to exercise at. I looked at other facilities and did not find the same amount of services that I get here, which included a meeting with a nurse to do my measurements and two appointments with a fitness trainer to give me an update to a program I have been doing for a while. I like that I can go to their other location. I dont have kids but they do offer childcare included in membership.
I have found the center not overcrowded and their sales staff to be friendly, courteous, and caring. I hear people make big deals about prices, but in my culture, my health is the most valuable thing I have.
The value I get at Princeton Fitness and Wellness is tremendous. Good day and health to you all! "
