This involved helping insure my cloud backup and various programs were transferred in a 2-step process that included a house call the next day to connect my printer and insure my lan was working. "

" Went to Technician X for the first time this week and am totally satisfied with all aspects of this company. My laptop would no longer charge. They diagnosed it accurately and upon my agreement to proceed were able to get the necessary part, install and test it in half the time of the original estimate.The cost was very reasonable. Also, every employee I dealt with was personable and very knowledgeable. Most importantly they are honest and have gained my trust. I will definitely use them for my future repair needs for my laptop, desktop and phone. "
