I have been licensed since 1970. I am 1 of 9 brothers & sisters. My Dad Ignazio Simonetti is one of the R.E. Pioneers that helped bring MLS to Long Island. My Dad besides being a NYC firefighter and my mother Geraldine started A-1 Realty Corp with the main office located at 250 Fulton St., Farmingdale, NY over 55 years ago. I managed their Farmingdale Office and took over as Owner and Broker of A-1 Realty Network of Homes, Inc. in 1982 - 2008 serving eastern Nassau & western Suffolk Counties.The Real Estate Industry that I grew up in has changed so much that I made a business decision to join the team of professionals at Prudential Douglas Elliman. It was an easy decision for me and the right decision. Prudential Douglas Elliman is #1 Real Estate in New York and #4 R.E. Company nationally. My Real Estate areas cover Nassau & Suffolk Counties, specializing in Equestrian properties, waterfront property, residential & commercial properties on Long Island. I have also expanded my service area to include Central NY and the Upstate Counties of Chenango, Madison, Ostego, Delaware & vicinity.

I have been married for 28 years to Giselle (Gigi) who is also a PDE agent and a SRES specializing in helping Senior Citizens. We have 3 grown children who have all just finished their college degree (yeah). I am looking forward to see their growth.

My hobbies are anything outdoors. I have 3 horses, 3 boxers, & 2 cats. I practice Natural Horsemanship and was part of The Spirit of Long Island Equestrian Drill Team, cross country skiing, fishing, & camping with my all animals. I have been known to think "Outside the Box" nothing is too hard for me. I have sold properties by boat and I have sold properties by horseback, showing my dedication and perserverance. Real Estate is in my blood. I grew up with it and I'm still living it over 40 years later!
