" Completely useless embassy. Waited an hour to make an appointment to renew my passport but was told I must do it online. Told them their site has too many broken links. I can't even register to make the appointment and the only response given was.. you just have to try. Asked her if she can help me create the account since I can't read Spanish and she said again you just have to try. What am I trying if their site doesn't work, phone isn't answered and staff does not help. "

" ....THIS IS A DISGRACE.....It's the worst group of people I have ever dealt with in my life. They have ZERO knowledge of what customer service is all about. They sadly lack professionalism, work ethics, respect for others and good manners. I flew from FLL to NYC in one day, spent almost $400 between airline tickets, Uber, food, and USPS stamp... I have receipt of everything that I spent on that day, yet I have ZERO receipt or prove of been there and this is after waiting for 4 hours for a process that only took 5 minutes. I came fully prepared and left with nothing confirming my status. When I asked when should I be able to receive my new passport, their response was..." We don't know, just wait until Venezuela decides to respond to you". They should ALL be fired. "
