" I was rear ended and my car was totaled out. I called Jed after seeing the ads on TV and seeing the great ratings on here. Initially everything was great and responsive. Then it all just stopped. After over a month passed I got a letter in the mail saying they would represent me. Unfortunately too much time lapsed and I was forced to settle with insurance. I got extremely screwed over. Very very very disheartening to be let down like this. "

" I met Jed about 6 years ago and have worked closely with him and his family organizing multi-faceted community activities, coaching youth athletic teams and participating in social and charitable events. I have built a great friendship with the Dietrichs; I have enjoyed collaborating with Jed because he is a magnificent communicator, is focused, responds promptly and appropriately, brings great ideas forward and follows everything through with the highest professionalism possible. He has the utmost respect for, and is supportive of, all (youth and adults). Jed has the amazing ability to be tough and at the same time to be patient, allowing great things to be accomplished while everyone involved feels fulfilled. He has a remarkable ability to continuously ensure that everyone in his midst is acknowledged and included and he brings out the best in everyone.
