" Unfortunately, customer service is not one of their fortes. I called requesting a past receipt. The person who picked up the phone asked me to call back in 10 minutes. I waited, as requested, and then called back. The following person that I spoke with told me that the manager just left for the day, and that I could call back again tomorrow morning. This of course would prompt me to ask why I was told to call back in 10 minutes if the one person who could help me, would not be available. Then I asked, "Did the manager say that to me as a way to avoid my call?". I was met with "We all answer the phone here. You can call back tomorrow." Then they hung up on me.
It was presumptuous of me to think that my request was intentionally avoided. Yes. But, I was not rude in the way I went about asking. And frankly, it's just bad service to not give correct information from the get-go. Communication is lacking via management if their staff was uninformed of their out-time. "

" Staff is very friendly and the new layout is nice much better than the previous one. I usually come here after work and the store is always clean and neat. Ms. Dee at the register is a doll and always makes me laugh. "

It tasted funny. I checked the expiration date and it was 5 months expired :(

" Go there aftet work at midnight, there's a young male, dark skin, with glasses. When I walked in, he completely ignored me and continued to talk into his Bluetooth/headset, carrying on with a personal conversation. Having no idea he even worked there, I looked all over for an employee, not finding one. It wasn't until I waited at an empty counter for a cashier that I realized he was an employee and came to ring me up. Im a black male and it is not a race thing but he needs to be fired. Horrible service, and I will never go to this Duane Reade again. "
