" Had a remote starter installed went home remote started my car and drove all the way back to the shop without having to place my key in the ignition. Bad installation. After they fixed it my starter got damaged and had to replace it. I told them about it and they said they were not responsible. So I asked them to remove the remote starter didn't even offer me a refund. Never getting anything done there again. "

" Walked around the showroom for at least 15-20mins before I left. I did not get greeted or approached by anyone the whole time I was there. Not one employee asked me if I needed help or assistance with anything or if I had any questions. Even as I walked out... nothing at all. I was pretty much ignored the whole time and there were at least 5 employees working there that I could see "

Salesman went above and beyond to take care of installation issue, they replaced what ended up being a faulty amp which was installed exactly as requested. I'm much happier with the service I received and would give five stars if it had been installed this way the first time. Salesman has been great to work with but the service team needed some work, but finally got the proper results. Thanks IU for making it right.
Crappy installation.... left live wires that stayed on while my car was off. The ground and live were hitting each other and draining my battery, after the supposedly fixed it for the SECOND TIME!!!! Great products but horrible installation team who could care less about the customers. Two of these pictures were "fixed". And then later discovered that they just moved the amp and didn't tighten anything down. They tried to tell me that it was my deck that magically broke right after the install. You want a good product go there but go somewhere else for the install. The customer service was almost as bad as their install as well. If I could give a 0 I would. "

" Every time I leave, there's an issue. When I came back a year and a half after installing a remote car starter because the batteries died (not under their lifetime warranty), I also asked them to check on another issue I was having with it. They didn't put the interior back together. And while discussing the problem with the guy, another customer walked up to us and gave the guy some papers that the tech left on his engine block. He also said that last time, there was a slice of bread left on his battery! I don't understand how these people are still in business. I will never go back there! "

" Crappy installation.... left live wires that stayed on while my car was off. The ground and live were hitting each other and draining my battery, after the supposedly fixed it for the SECOND TIME!!!! Great products but horrible installation team who could care less about the customers. Two of these pictures were "fixed". " Fantastic service and quality installations. We are a local automotive repair and sales company and we have had hundreds of mutual automotive customers over the years. Installations Unlimited has sold and installed quality products and matched them with professional installations. Rarely a week goes by when we are not disconnection a remote start or audio equipment that was installed incorrectly or poor quality equipment. Not so with installations, I don't recall an issue with this company! "
