Marymount Manhattan College created the Liberal Studies Program for students who are not yet ready to declare their major. Students receive a professional academic advisor who responds to their individual needs. As participants in the program, students also interact with faculty mentors and career services representatives. The central goal of the Liberal Studies Program is to support students as they transition from exploring academic disciplines to declaring their majors.
