" I had Deb as my consultant and she was nothing short of AMAZING. From the moment you walk into NYB (they don't take appointments), you take off your shoes and you get to walk around on the soft carpet and pick out any of the beautiful and unique dresses they have to try on. I tried on several dresses before finding the one I ended up buying and I wouldn't have been able to say Yes without Deb. She did everything from grabing color swatches and bringing me my bridesmaid and groomsman colors to put next to my dress, to helping me change my final color the next day after at least an hour of trying to decide the day before. She had a happy and helpful attitude the whole time and was Incrsdible in helping me get exactly what I wanted. The whole company is great, but a special thank you to Deb for helping me get the dream dress I wanted! I would recommend NYB to anyone. "

" I didn't end up getting my dress or my bridesmaids dresses here but I did try a lot on. Your best bet is to go on a Tuesday evening. I was the only one in the store and it was Great! The staff are VERY knowledgeable and helpful and treat you like the queen that you are! "

" My dress came in very fast, it was gorgeous. Alterations were great. A little pricey. However, when I picked up my dress just before the wedding, the cardboard bodice they put in the dress after the steaming had stretched out the already taken in, chest area of my dress, which was upsetting on my wedding day when I went to put it on. But overall, a good experience. Wide selection. "

" I came here after my appointment at another bridal shop, what a difference! From the time we walked in to when I left with my dream dress it was a wonderful and fun experience. I had questions about fit and customizing my dress, and there was a seamstress that could answer all of my questions. The store is beautiful and the consultants are attentive and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience shopping for my bridal gown. I'll be bringing my bridesmaids back here to shop for their dresses. "

" I bought my wedding dress from New York Bride. I traveled over an hour each way to this shop from my small home town in central NY. I was very impressed with the sales team; they were very helpful but I wish they would have forced me to try on some dresses outside of my comfort zone or my preferred silhouette. I never had a “say yes to the dress” TV moment. I found several dresses that I liked and chose the best of those options, but I wouldn’t say I fell in love. (which I don’t think is this shop’s fault). I liked that all of the dresses were under our $2000 budget; I didn’t have to worry about trying on something that I knew we couldn’t afford. We had some issues with alterations as they did not alter my detachable sleeves and belt. Although it was a real pain to have my sleeves fall down throughout the reception, I was very impressed with NY Bride’s solution to make up for the issue. I highly recommend double checking your entire dress all over and accessories to make sure there are no pins and everything has been altered. Maybe a third fitting or a quick try on at the shop days before the big day is a better fix. By the time I realized there were issues with my dress we were getting ready to take pictures an hour before the ceremony. Leading up to this issue, I was very impressed with the shop and now that it is resolved, I am still pretty satisfied with my experience with NY Bride. Do I wish everything got altered and we had no issues? Of course! But things happen, and we’ve moved on. "

" Tons of dresses no appointment needed they will help you until you find the dress! I went back 3 different times and did not feel uncomfortable about not buying until I was ready. Low pressure and helpful, I live out of the area but am going back to buy my dress there bc I liked them so much. I was able to try on what I wanted talk to a seamstress about alterations and order my dress over the phone so I didn't have to make another trip. As an update my dress came in with no problems. They store your dress for free and you can go visit whenever you want again without an appointment. I am consistently impressed by the helpful and professional staff here! Keep up the good work. "

" I am so glad I made the three hour drive to New York Bride. From the moment I entered the door I was helped by the staff. They had an amazing selection of dresses which were all beautiful. I liked that there was no need for an appointment and you can stay as long as you need. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I honestly cannot say thank you enough to them. They made me feel like a true princess and made dress shopping an ease. Nancy the seamstress and possible owner (I'm not sure) was wonderful!! She was nice, honest and helpful. She even gave me hug when I left! I went to find a wedding dress and I found the dress if my dreams along with all my brides maids and mother of the brides dress. It was a great experience! "
