" Public Storage of Syosset is by far the best choice compared to all others. We visited many storage options & Public Storage of Syosset was the best option.
The facility is clean & well maintained. The staff is very knowledgeable & although she was very busy, Jessica took the time to explain all the options & made sure we fully understood the company policies.
With so many options out there Jessica's customer service made it an easy choice. "

" I wish there was an option for no stars. Soooo my storage unit at property number 07113 was robbed about a month ago. I have insurance with the unit but the expensive purse collection I've been working on for the last 7 yrs doesn't even compare. I made a police report and went there insurance company. The district manager Ednan din reached out to me once by accident when he called my place of employment in regards to a vehicle....... Im now speaking out because I'm outraged because the insurance company nor the property manager have yet to reach out to me in regards to this matter. It's been four weeks and there still hole in my unit but they've called me 4 times for a payment. I made a payment today. But for such a large organization to be so careless is outrageous. "
