A native of Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, Savitri's connection with real estate was forged early on in a family of landlords and developers. After graduating from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor degree she moved to Seattle, WA and bought her first home at age 22. Inspired by her family’s knowledge and success, Savitri began investing in and selling real estate in Seattle, quickly becoming a top producer. Realizing she could raise the bar in the level of service to clients, she opened her own brokerage company in 2006.

Savitri currently resides in Clinton Hill and sells all property types throughout the area. She enjoys working with a diverse clientele who seek her local expertise, particularly those who are relocating from out of town and need help with their transition. Specializing in sales, relocation and investment properties, Savitri is focused on finding the right fit in a new home or a promising asset for your portfolio. Her background in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster and as a paralegal specialist for the U.S. Trustee Program affords her unique skills and advantages, including an exceptional eye for detail, sharp negotiating skills, and inside access to distressed properties.

Genuinely passionate about helping people, Savitri dedicates her time and service to her clients and their real estate goals. She is also a devoted mother of twins who is active in the PTA. Deeply connected to the arts community, Savitri previously served on the board of SONYA - South of the Navy Yard Artists, and believes in being a champion of the arts. Other personal points: she speaks Spanish and French, is an organic gluten-free cook, plus enjoys acting, reading, movies and travel in her spare time.
