While jet lag may seem like an inconvenience, I’ve found it offers me an incredible opportunity to get out and explore the local community and see a completely different world. Yilan has beautiful running and exercise trails along their river dike. It was me, the early birds and the grandmothers on this beautiful morning. Watching the sun rise is so inspiring.
