" Called the Wilmington, NC office to get some help and information on getting a piece of equipment imported and shipped to me from China... the guy I talked to treated me like an idiot, seemed completely uninterested in the business, and decided to go off on a rant about how complicated imports are. I have no desire to do business with a company that treats potential customers the way he treated me. "
