" Justin, the owner is excellent and does great work! The business he subcontracts work out to for furniture painting is horrible! A Touch of Gray Redesign who he subs out furniture painting is the most unprofessional business and will ruin your furniture. If Justin is going to reupholster your furniture you will be happy as he’s super professional and talented at what he does. Do not let your furniture be sent to Touch of Gray Redesign as they are amateurs! They don’t have a business listing anywhere (except Facebook and a an old Etsy account) which speaks volumes! "

" The owner did an amazing job on my dining room chairs! He even made a suggestion that saved me considerable money which was very appreciated! Turnaround service was fast and my chairs look like new. Pricing was fair, process was simple and easy, and customer service/experience was great. Was my first time using this type of upholstery service and I’m happy I gave them a try. I’m very discerning, never give 5 stars but I would highly recommend them to others and will be using them again for sure! "
