" Simply by its designation (CLT), it rates high on my favorite airports. Also, it has Bojangles Fried Chicken and an overall nice selection of food outlets. Needs more charger plugs at Gate B tho, imo. "

" The lady cleaning the ladies' washroom near gate C18 on Dec 22/14 needs a hug and a raise! She was sooooo nice and friendly! Positive spirit, too. Muah! "

" Large airport. Lots of walking but plenty of areas to rwlax in a rocking chair and plenty of food options. For a layover this is one of the better places to do it. "

" A lot of places to eat, get something to read and rocking chairs to relax if you got before your flight. Security checkpoint has, for me, been very quick, 10 to 15 min waiting time. "

" One of my favorite airports for layovers and such. They've got what I call The Huge Hall of Rocking Chairs which is Sooo relaxing, and a great place for people watching. "

" If you are looking for a place to grab some quick zZzZ's check out the flat benches by the window in B8, all other benches have arms so you can't sprawl out but these two blue benches are hidden gems! "

" If you're not comfy with restroom attendants, use the "family" restroom. My experience is that they're usually empty b/c families aren't using them so they're a breeze to get in and out. Just FYI :o) "
