Always call to ensure they accept your insurance BEFORE your appt. Don't rely on them communicating this information beforehand. I made the mistake of calling and scheduling an appointment. " This is my second time at this office. The wait time is ridiculously long. From the moment you walk in you are 'ushered' around from one person to the next for them to do their 'special' tests! Each rotation comes with a wait from 5 minutes to possible an hour!! I have never experienced such a disrespect for a person's time. My appointment was for 10 a.m. And at 12:30 I am still waiting to see the eye doctor himself!
After that, you must go to another 'rotation' to get your contact prescription.
My advice is if you want to sign up for this, pack a lunch or dinner...or both.
Had to add to the review. I finally got in to see the doctor at 1:00 and he asked how I was doing? I explained how frustrated I was with the wait time. He quickly answered that he had been there since before lunch and hadn't taken any breaks and hadn't had any lunch either! Geez! I said well it isn't my practice!! He is getting paid an enormous amount of money for doing his job!! I am not getting paid to sit there. I am losing money!! My husband has his own business and would never reply with such a remark! "

" Great place, would recommend 10/10. Had surgery here multiple times and would totally do again (not a joke). All of the nurses and technicians are very nice and helpful, and the doctors don't waste any time. "

" I have to agree with the many posts about problematic customer service. Just because they are a medical practice (and a very big and busy one), does not exclude them from being expected to extend quality service to their patients. I have had to wait on hold for very long times, and the call takers are consistently curt in their interaction. The doctors and clinical staff have all be very nice and thorough but the practice partners should invest in their operational processes. "

" I've had positive experiences with the audiology department. My hearing aid quit over the weekend, so I called at 10:00 this morning (Monday). I was given a 2:30 appointment and seen promptly. Dr. Villum was able to repair my aid. He checked to make sure everything was working and that I could hear clearly again before I left. First rate service, in my opinion. "

" My first appointment I waited two hours before I even saw a doctor, and that lasted all of 15 minutes. Barely made it to pick my kids up on time. Second appointment, which was an emergency, waited an hour before being seen and they didn't seem to know what tests I have already had done, two days before, at the same office! No apologies, very impersonal, very inefficient. If it wasn't for the emergency I would never have come back here. Don't know if it's all locations, I've only been to South Park. "
