" A big Thank You to East Coast trailer sales in Raleigh NC. Stopped by to drop my trailer off for some warranty work thinking I'd need to leave it there while they ordered parts. Nope!! They had everything in stock. They put a tech on it right away and installed a complete new emergency brake-away unit right on the spot. Came home same day work completed. Great job guys!!! "

" Didn't really seem like they wanted to sell any trailers. I drove a long way just to walk the lot. They had a pretty good selection. I even drove my heavier duty truck prepared to haul a trailer home. The price was much higher than expected. I have seen similar trailers with the same or even better options available at no charge and still $1,000 plus cheaper . It seemed as if they wanted to charge for every little thing and the Butterfly that was sitting on it. I ended up getting my trailer from another dealership. "

" We bought a 24 ft trailer from East Coast in May of 2016. The tongue of trailer snapped with only 1500 #'s in the load (just 5 months after I bought it). I fought with them for several days only to have Edward deny the claim. This is the 3rd trailer I have purchased from them in the last 3 years and it will definitely be the last. I hope it was worth it for you guys to lose a customer over a $1000 repair! Do not buy a trailer from these guys unless your planning on hauling pillows... "

" Great Big Tex trailer. I purchased the 16' Tandem axle and it has been a workhorse.
East Coast Sales is very professional and prompt with any questions. Courtney in the office is excellent in responding to emails and phone calls. Due to a bank error I ended up paying for the trailer twice- Randy was relentless in ensuring that everything was corrected.
I will definitely head to Raleigh again when I need a good quality trailer at an excellent price. "
